We are entering an incredible period of change, a time when the 'learners' of the world will survive. We want to help people to pivot, grow and adapt without the overwhelming sense of comparison to others or pressure of 'keeping up' in the business world.
The ability to adapt and maintain an open mind to the future while connecting with others who seek solutions will bring about the most fantastic future for us all. Now is the time to design and live the life and business you want to lead.

Meet Penny and Thomas...
Hi, we’re Penny and Thomas Power and we have a passion for business and a love for people.
For 25 years, we’ve been supporting small businesses to thrive in an ever changing world. Creating the first social network for businesses, Thomas and I were early adopters of the digital age and have since built and sold 3 other businesses, spoken on global stages and published nine books between us. During this time, we experienced many successes, including an OBE being awarded in 2014, but we have also suffered massive financial adversity and emotional hardship. Married for 30 years, we have been on a journey together through life which has been both exhilarating and terrifying, but has enabled us to build an emotional resilience to business and develop the skills and mindset required to grow both personally and professionally.
In 2018 we went through a redesign of our lives to lead the life and business we wanted and to encourage others to do the same. We took all of our knowledge and experience and created BIP Mastermind. The vast number of applicants encouraged us to build a community which supported more business owners into the future, whilst maintaining a strong culture of intimacy and honesty.
BIP100 exists to support experts and small business owners who would like to belong to a smaller community and grow their skills and confidence so they can build a stronger business, with more predictability and enjoyment. We want to provide a safe space for emotional support whilst connecting people to the right experts across all aspects of business to ensure everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to progress their business forward. 121 Onboarding Coaching.
When you join BIP100 you will receive 121 onboarding coaching with Penny and Thomas to welcome you into the community and get to know each other on a personal basis. Preferential rates will be given for additional 121 coaching, IF DESIRED AND REQUIRED, which will give you the chance to work through your personal goals together and focus on developing specific areas of your business.
Offline Events.
While BIP100 is an online community, we love having the opportunity to meet up. Currently all our lunches are held in Central London. We do not profit from these; a charge is purely made to cover the costs.
Weekly Wellbeing Coaching.
On Tuesdays we have neuroscientist, international speaker and co-founder of Neurify delivering a live session to support you in developing your awareness and focus whilst supporting your emotional and physical well-being.
Zoom Networking.
Whilst we know you will all network inside the community and through 121 conversations, we host online networking events each month, enabling members to chat and get to know one another.
Weekly Live Sessions.
Three times a week we run LIVE events to create engagement and support you and your business, you can get involved by joining us on Zoom and be part of the LIVE experience.
Mondays, we have a 60 minute Zoom to help you work to establish your Flow, in work and life.

FAQs...
How long is my membership?
We have a minimum 3 month membership payment commitment of £900 when you join. In addition, we ask that you aim for at least one year of membership, as it takes time to settle in and for others to see your value and you to see theirs. We are on a journey together, hopefully for a life-time. You can, however, leave when ever you want (after the initial 3 months) and cancel your fees to BIP100.
What if I can't attend an expert session?
All expert sessions will be recorded and stored in the resources area for you to access at any time.
How do I pay for my membership?
When you join BIP100, we will send you the details of the annual membership (or payment plan if you would like to pay that way) and arrange an invoice and payment details accordingly.
How do I access the community?
We host the community with a private Slack workspace.
Where are the members from?
Our members can be global, however, please be aware that offline meetings will be held in London, UK.
What experts can I expect?
Our experts are chosen to support you and your business development and performance. They will be supporting you in all areas, from mindset to digital technology to business thinking and wellbeing.
What happens after I click 'apply now'?
We will read your application, spend time researching you and will be in touch for a Zoom with either Penny or Thomas. We will not arrange Zooms with anyone who rushes past the application however, as this is about commitment to one another and the process. This is the first step to making a real difference to your life and business.
Can I have 121 coaching with Penny and Thomas?
We only provide 121 coaching for BIP100 and Mastermind Members at preferential rates.
How do I get access to templates and resources?
They will all be stored in our members area, you can also contact Support if you have any trouble finding anything.
Will we have the opportunity to meet face-to-face?
We hold monthly lunches in London.
